Zensei provides market regime analysis and contextual explanations based on publicly available data, internal calculations, and AI-generated interpretations.

It is not a regulated financial service under Swiss law and does not provide investment advisory, portfolio management, execution, or brokerage services.

The Service is informational and educational only.

2. No Investment Advice

All content provided by Zensei — including index values, regime labels, charts, explanations, summaries, alerts, and AI-generated text — is provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on Zensei constitutes:

• Investment advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
• An offer or solicitation of any financial instrument

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Zensei does not take into account individual circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

You acknowledge and agree that:

Personal data is not used to train AI models.
